Large Format Offset Lithographic Print

Grafcor is an award winning large format offset printer. Our computer-to-plate technology helps us offer superior quality for sheet sizes up to 54” x 77.” In-store signage, multi-component display graphics, or packaging materials are some of the items that our customers trust us to produce. With four large format offset presses, we have the capacity to run press forms simultaneously, a great benefit for large campaigns or multi-form projects. The power of size is also a great benefit to the packaging industry. We can run multiple items on one press sheet limiting the costs of setup and shortening the runs for larger quantities. Our results show high quality, consistent package printing, delivered on time and at an affordable price for our customers in the folding carton and litho-laminated carton businesses.

Digital Printing

Digital printing is growing and we’ve taken a big step with the addition of an Inca Columbia Turbo flatbed digital press. This machine offers top quality, UV cured digital printing at three times the run speed of its predecessors. Along with our HP 5000 & 5500 ink jet printers, this allows us to offer superior quality printing at lower quantities. In-store signage, window graphics, banners, prototypes, and many other items can be a great fit for digital printing. With the fastest, high quality, flatbed press available and our ink jet devices, print runs become more cost effective and turn around times are shortened. This creates tremendous opportunities for regional customization and test marketing.

Displays, Packaging, and Fulfillment & Distribution

We have alliances and resources available to accommodate projects at many levels. Strong relationships with key suppliers allow us to offer fabrication services for display and packaging work along with fulfillment and distribution services. We’re happy to accommodate any service level requirement by our customers, whether it be only the production of a top sheet for a package, standee or display, or the complete fabrication, pack-out, and distribution of a display or retail campaign. Our printing expertise and alliances with key suppliers has given us a tremendous amount of experience producing materials for point-of-sale displays, motion displays, counter units, base/tray/riser displays, standees, dump bins, shelf dividers, ceiling danglers, and more.
